The power supply is placed diagonally under the platform of the foil generator. The module of the synchronous rectifier high-frequency switching power supply is installed in the parallel cabinet, and is connected with the cathode and anode bus of the foil generator through the output of the bus. Clean appearance, compact structure. High power conversion efficiency, reduce customer use cost. Power supply adopts N + 1 backup mode, which can realize thermal maintenance of the whole machine and ensure continuous production by customers.
The AC input voltage is filtered by the rectifier circuit to obtain high-voltage DC, and the “frequency conversion” inverts the high-voltage DC into high-frequency AC of about 30KHZ, which is transformed to the secondary by the high-frequency transformer, and then filtered by the high-frequency rectifier to obtain the required output voltage. The control circuit samples the output voltage and output current, and generates pulse width modulation (PWM) signals to control the inverter circuit after closed-loop feedback, so that the output voltage or current remains stable.
